about 10.00 last night,christmas eve,i am walking up the side walk to deliver several next day 2nd day when dad and his 12 to 14 year old daughter come storming out. I am thinking yet another piss off customer how this was suppose to be there 3 or 4 days ago. But no it was YOU MADE IT SANATA!!!! the daughter with out missing a beat looks at me and says you shaved...

I had one little moment like that last night too. I had two little manila packages and a lady answered the door while on the phone and started yelling "THEY'RE HERE!!!!" She didn't really say much to me, but to whoever was on the phone she went on and on about how her presents (two Notebooks) made it at the last second, and she was very happy. Made my night.

believe it or not I miss delivering packages for that reason. you guys don't realize that 99 per cent of the public appreciate the job that you do.
