I want to know. What's the point of a 4.10 GWI if they just hire new people at the same rate you've worked 9 years for

It's all messed up. The wage for most of the PT workforce should be evenly spread between $15-20 but instead a majority of the building is at $15 and very few people have enough time to have their wages floating above that minimum.

If they increase the starting wage to 15.50 and you've accumulated 6 dollars in GWI you should make 21.50. Doesn't that make sense?
