A man in South Carolina died after accidentally shooting himself while trying to make a U-turn, according to North Charleston police.

I've done it. It's effective. No issues if you use a proper holster. Guy in the story was probably Mexican-carrying.

I thin it’s probably ok but you never see people chest carry with the muzzle pointing at their carotid artery.

I never carry a Glock with a round in the chamber. I prefer snub nosed revolvers when I carry. No brass left at the scene either.
