Can someone please please please, explain how to get on the 9.5 list. once on the list when can I file. Lastly do i have to be violated with a ram rod on two days over 9.5 to file for all days after 2nd violation. I hear some centers are allowed to file a grievance, once on the 9.5 list of course, for all days over 9.5 on any day regardless if it is the third violation or not. As far as I see it in the "book" both the company and the union have both agreed anything over 9.5 is excessive. Please aid in my ignorance. Please only those in the south east district answer as our rider is watered down compared to other regions.....thanks in advance brothers!!!
