This article explains how the state of Massachusetts granted UPS ~$200,000 to train a "specialized workforce" and UPS claims they used, at least, part of the money towards a team that helped implement and design ORION. I need to stop reading these types of articles...yep, the dark side of the internet

The Ivy that is being referred to is Ivy Brown----she is the DM for New England. Pretty sure she drives herself wherever she needs to go and, if she has to fly, also flies commercial.
