I know contractually we don't accept management standards and a fair days work and all that, but I'm sure almost every one of you who reads this can think of someone who puts forth the least effort they can, sandbagging or whatever you want to call it, and used article 37 to protect themselves while the rest of us actually put in an honest days work, which does vary by person and assignment, and gets judged negatively because others see the person who purposely doesn't give a fair days and they're the one people remember.</p></blockquote><p></p>
