Status "On File" after interview.

Hello everyone I'm new here I'm just wondering what On File mean I had and interview and immediately after it when from "active" to" on file" it also says unloader/load pm instead of package handler.

That is what a package handler does.

 

[UpstateNYUPSer(Ret)]

It means that they don't have any openings at the present time and have put your application on file for possible future hire.
