Did you even read the article? The thieves were not UPS employees----they were kids following one of our driver's delivering a residential section.

Did i mention in my post thefts by EMPLOYEES? no.

and yes, i did read the article. And it is still this time of year that happens for the most part..
once the driver makes a delivery, he's done his job. I personally dont like leavjng a package in plain sight, i usually try to hide it when DRing.
