I've received about 1 a year my last one was a $100 BZ didn't even know they existed... but anyway MGRs have a quota that they are supposed to use each month, granted it seems the BZ always goes to the same two people. for just "doing their job" never to the P/T who stays and helps other routes, or the guy who runs a missort to the next town over(another STA) It's all a game, really who can suck up the best in most cases...(at least at my location)
