The point I made is  that the closer those who need to be tested are to the facility doing the testing the more people a single person can perform the test on in a day's time. When South Korea set up it's innovative drive up testing facility the person standing there doing the testing could quite possibly perform more tests in a day than driving out and finding the people that need to be tested.  Imagine if we had set up similar test sites in NYC neighborhoods weeks ago ......there's a good chance we wouldn't be watching the unfolding catastrophe.</blockquote>
