Same here. Total waste of time. By the time I get to my first stop I need to stretch again.our center does two stretches every day.
Especially on the winter time when you have several layers of clothes on.Total joke. When we do, it's 10 seconds on 2 muscles. Useless.
I'm not a fan of stretching cold muscles. Good way to get injured IMO. Light stretching OK, but if you're doing deep stretching you better be warmed up.
I don't either pointless.......I dont participate. Proper stretching takes upwards of 20 minutes. Good way to get injured by doing it half-assed at the PCM.

We raise our hands in the air for 15 seconds and do right leg then left leg forward...I usually download edd and check brown cafe during this time
