supervisor working and i'm at 8 hours

i have a question can I file on my supervisors working and they tell me to clock out after my 8 hours? for the past month I've had to go home after my 8 hours and while I clock out the part timers and supervisors are working. can I tell them I want to be clocked back in and work? or file on my supervisors for working?

Request to do the work the supervisor is doing. It helps to have a witness. When they refuse, file a Article 3 Section 7 supervisor working grievance.

Supervisors should never do any union work. ALWAYS file!
