Fail to gain reelection then the days of "can't prosecute a sitting president" will come to an end. And given that at that point he's politically powerless and no longer useful to anyone his defenders one by one will go quietly into the night and he will be left standing with his thumb in his rectum desperate to find a legal team willing to represent him knowing that they're not likely to get paid.Now wouldn't that be a kicker if it's the local skid row public defender who has to stick up for him.</blockquote>
