I think what motivates trump supporters is this ingroup out group stuff, this belief that they are losing their country to other Americans, this belief that the political power and needs of those other Americans are illegitimate and a danger to their America.&nbsp; They believe the Democratic party, the deep state, all the big companies, all of Hollywood, the media, the universities are out to help those outgroup Americans take over that&#039;s why they believe those companies are against them.&nbsp; In trump they see someone who wants to restore them at the top and dominate those outgroups of other Americans</blockquote>
