If this peak is anything like the last couple peaks; UPS may force 22.4 T-Sat drivers to work Mondays. 22.4s do not have the 1st right to this work. All available work on Mondays is required to be offered to RPCDs first and foremost. We had a lot of M-friend drivers topping out around 50 hours the last 2 peaks while T-Sat drivers (forced to work Mondays) were hitting 60 hours+ per week. Many RPCD's would jump at the opportunity to receive double time pay after 60 hours. UPS allowing 22.4s to steal work from RPCDs on Mondays is dishonest. RPCDs should have the opportunity to work up to 14 hours on Mondays.
