TCD to FT Successful bidder Grievance process help.

I recently found out that I could file a grievance because of the rule that states the the successful bidder should be ft the following Monday the list is taken down.(We had a driver retire) I filed the grievance and was wondering what the process would be and what type of results I should expect? The list was taken down on 4/7/14.

He stated that it we go in front of the board for review and that's it.
