Teamster Buyout?

And 2017, 70 hour change nationwide. 2025 could set itself up for several circumstantial similarities but there were no PVDs then and they have improved forecasting since then. Overall, I’m not seeing it, but at certain buildings absolutely.

I seriously doubt we will be missing over 2 million packages like 2013. Again if it reaches that level of failure it completely vindicates the union but that’s the last thing the company wants is vindicating the union so very unlikely.

Thsts another question thst nobody truly knows.

But of you have your time and age qualifications im not sure that they could take it away from you.

We had guys thst got fired and still receive their healthcare
My insurance was messed up for months after I retired because some bozo in HR entered resigned instead of retired in my file.

I know of three drivers I used to work with that have already accepted the buy out. Seems like a no brainer if they were already going to retire in the next six months. Take the money and run.

All that proves is screws up can happen no matter what. And be very careful what choice you make. Risk is part of life. This is uncharted territory!

Yep.

I‘m sure there will be plenty of disclaimers before you accept the offer, most likely including the employee working up to, and until, the separation date, in order to receive the buyout.

Based on local needs is suspect language. I’m understanding that to be the ultimate arbitrator on approval rather then seniority. Something to keep an eye out on.
