True. Those wheels are already in motion and proceeding. Now the next move will be how the IBT responds. Will they try to get injunctive relief to put a halt to the continuation of this current process? Or will they silently let it ride and then address the grievances as they come in? It'll have to be fast if they want to try to stop this one now

If I remember correctly you can change your mind seven days before the offer expires.
So if I don't get something done this week, it will be too late

Apart from the scab reason, there are so many security problems with this whole portal setup. UPS and its lack of security/portal setup should be ashamed of themselves- they just don’t care. Logistics my @&$& can’t even setup a properly secured website portal-good grief. Wild Wild West -

It goes away unless you have the age and years of service to take the retiree healthcare. If you take the RSPV it is the same as retiring.
