Seatbelts are not the only safety factor here. How about drivers working their collective asses off day in and day out without relief, being slammed because the company breaks out rtes consistently in the name of numbers. They give not one whit about drivers going home at a decent hr.  All they give a damn about is their stockholders and the profit margin.   Safety belts and bulkhead doors are not an option for me.
