If hybrid drivers are in this I will vote no. I'm pt, and you all bitch that part timers won't vote, or will vote yes. If you want them to vote for the benefit of the union I suggest you inform them that this company will abuse the he'll out of the hybrid drivers, and that they arent putting their time in as a loader to work for less. The only reason I work for this company is the benefits and an opportunity to become a driver. That means i want the best contract for drivers possible. I think loaders deserve 15, but I will happily vote no if my "future" is less than any driver working right now. Not only will I strike for better driver "benefits" but I will probably quit if the 2 tier/hybrid system happens. I came to this company (not long ago but still) to make money, and i refuse to agree to a system that reduces my pay significantly in the long run even if I make more in the next few years. Inform your part timers to hang in there, and that while they might get full time this will only hurt them. I will quit my pt job if I can't make full time driver with the same amount of pay that you all make. I knew what I signed up for when I started, and it wasn't to make $6 less and hour, and a much lower cap then you all do. I will put my time in, make my seniority but god as my witness I will stand for no 2 tier, and every part timer should be with me. The little gains we make in becoming full time will never make up for the overall loss. Stand with me, stand with your part timers, stand strong, and teamsters unite. We are all brothers/sister's let's stand against this (I'm just some chump kid and i see through this. No lie I will quit over this. I want a future in this company, and i haven't even put in the time as half the other kids) please stand strong brothers
