That's what I'm trying to push, though. That's why I'm spreading the word amongst the part-timers in my hub to vote "no" even if it seems like a good deal for them. I'm trying to get them to understand the long-term implications of this subpar contract in a booming UPS economy. Despite the fact that plenty of full-timers have been complicit (again, not all, but most) in passing through contracts that screw the part-timers, I'm still willing to be the idealist who tries to push for true unity that hasn't been seen since the pay rates for part-timers and full-timers has diverged so greatly since the 80s.</p></blockquote><p></p>
