I watched it a few times to see if I could tell but it's pretty hard. Honestly there's a good chance that the suv was in the wrong

I would guess it was a stale green light for the Fedex truck. The car behind the SUV was moving toward the intersection too so the light probably just switched. Fedex was going too fast to stop. Both drivers should have cleared the intersection before entering.

Agree with IWBF seeing the second vehicle moving at the same speed.

Except for the stale green..that's like blatantly not watching the road. That's at least 4-5 seconds between hitting yellow, red, then SUV reaction and acceleration.
