The blaming game

I can't think of any supervisors that wouldn't blame others for their problems. In my instance the supervisor blamed me for treating her like a stepchild but she thought she could run over me, harrassing me constantly creating hell at work. Looking back I should've filed a grievence every day, call EEOC, hire an attorney, and call corporate in Atlanta. If I sued UPS would they have fired the supervisor since the company lost money?
