The Darkside of Gov't Regulation

[/FONT] "Plaintiffs' assertion of a 'fundamental right to their own bodily and physical health, which includes what foods they do and do not choose to consume for themselves and their families' is similarly unavailing because plaintiffs do not have a fundamental right to obtain any food they wish," the government has argued.
"S. 510, the Food Safety Modernization Act of 2010, may be the most dangerous bill in the history of the U.S.," critiqued Steve Green on the Food Freedom blog. "It is to our food what the bailout was to our economy, only we can live without money."

wkmac, as much as I know you are for none government and for no regulations.
It's actually bad timing for you to actually endorse it.

The lenient banking and Wall Street regulations got America in this recession.
The more stricter ones up north, here, saved us froma housing crunch and kept the banks solid and stable.
No fiasco with fake, mismanaged Wall Street funds here, either.

Now, the US government is scrambling to put regulations in place, so this can't repeat itself, again.

And the sounds of it, you need stricter regulations on illegals. I still can't figure out, how they can work, get a driver's licence, rent a home, etc illegally there. Sure ain't possible here.

Its so easy just to blame wallstreet and banks for the recession...there is much more blame to go around...like idiots maxing out credit cards, buying a house they could not afford, etc....this horse has been beat to death.

Like Obamacare?
And the sounds of it, you need stricter regulations on illegals.(laws are in place but are not enforced...plus we need a giant wall to keep them out.) I still can't figure out, how they can work, get a driver's licence, rent a home, etc illegally there.(Liberals who give them everthing with open arms and for future votes once they pass amnesty) Sure ain't possible here.
(If Canada had a border with Mexico do you think you would have an illegal problem or would you have a wall to stop them...would you be able to stop them from comming over? How would you stop them?)
