Youth sports are all about team building, developing leadership skills, overcoming adversary etc. The stakes are low. Including tolerance in lessons learned makes sense to me. Throwing a fit to exclude an incredibly small minority for the sake of a manufactured ideal of fairness runs counter to the point of youth sports. Some people are better athletes than others, it’s ok to not be the most physically gifted player on the field, it’s not ok to cry about how that’s unfair.</p></blockquote><p></p>
