There's a reason men and women compete in separate divisions, men have a natural advantage in testosterone levels and muscle mass. Ms Jones is a competitive athlete, she's been nationally ranked as a masters triathlete and loves to race but she has zero interest in racing against men even though she can beat most of them anyway. It's just not a level playing field. Workplace, housing, marriage all that is fine, doesn't negatively impact anyone else and they have a right to live their lives but competitive sports is a hard no from us.</blockquote>
