The health benefits available

Hey guys, I got hired at UPS not too long ago and was wondering about the health benefits offered at UPS. Do you get to pick what plans you want and don't want?

There is no orthodontic care for adult employees right? If there is, how did you go about it?

This is all new to me so yeah...thanks for the responses given.

I believe if you stay in network...orthodontics is covered at 50%....i think.

Isn't orthodontics only covered for your kids and not yourself? Or covered little for yourself anyway.

Hourly employees have no say in what is offered in our healthcare plans.
