It was the first offer, and the union would have notified the membership that it was a final offer if it was a final offer. They're only calling it that now to impose it. Hopefully there is a labor board charge filed quickly. I'll file one myself if I have to. And to anyone who claims I wouldn't do it, I've filed one against the company for their retaliatory actions against me for my activity as a steward, and I'll gladly file one for this travesty. The only reason I'm even going to continue to pay dues in a RTW state is so that I can continue to be a steward and help my brothers and sisters.</p></blockquote><p></p>
