I'll get there at 3:55. No one ever knows where it is. I usually wind up standing there for 10 minutes until someone in reception can figure out who put the pickup request in.  At 4pm I put in NonPU, NR, then use special counts on the package after 4.....if they can find it.  I eventually told them that if it is not ready by 4pm then I'm leaving. I've got 20 other accounts to worry about that actually ship things and know where they are.</p></blockquote><p></p>
