When you skipped your lunch before, what did you enter into the DIAD? Its one thing to skip your lunch and put zero lunch in the DIAD. Its wrong, and you might be breaking the rules, but at least you are being honest about it and not working off of the clock or setting up the driver who runs your route when you are gone to have to do the same thing. The drivers I have a real problem with are the gutless turds who care so much about looking good on a stupid report that they skip their lunch and put a full hour into the DIAD. They are working off of the clock; they are lying about it; and they are setting their relief driver up to be over dispatched and harassed because he has no hope of maintaining the dishonestly high production standard that has become the norm for that route. We all have families. I have skipped my lunch a time or two in the past in order to make it to a ball game or a kids school function...but at least I had the balls and the integrity to put "Lunch 12:00-12:00" in the DIAD in order to be honest and I was willing to stand up and take the heat for my actions the next day.
