But that report was written to give scenarios on what each side would most likely do, if a certain set of circumstances were to be accomplished. The United States chose to violate treaties agreements, and to poke the hornets nest, kind of like the kid at school, who whispered in to other kids ears to instigate a fight going, and then step back and watched. And now we pretend like we’re shocked? Nope this is exactly what the United States wanted. The only problem is some of the scenarios showed what would happen if things got out of hand, and some of that is beginning to happen.</p></blockquote><p></p>
