FZ has no power over TS's pension plan.

Now it's someone else's problem to solve.

Funny how pension plans fail when there are fewer workers to retirees.

And they say your pension money is for your pension, it's not.

Otherwise it wouldn't matter if there are fewer workers per retiree.

Why haven't Tim and Fred saved the funds? They have sat silent for years with no suggestions. Not one.

Wasn't TS bragging about how he negotiated an increase in benefits and

maintained the "25 and out provision" in his Local ??

How's that working....

What's FZ got to do with it?

How many newly organized company's, has FS got in to CSPF ?

If elected GP.... what's his plan for saving it ?

Fred could have advises Tim how to fix the problem. He had years to fix it and did nothing because neither one have a plan. Why didn't Tim negotiate more people into the 804 fund?

I can't wait for the TDU boys to blame H and H for this one. It should be comical how it happens.

By the way what happened in Local 63 and 396 out West? Haven't heard yet.

Tim jacked that 804 for me up big time.

How is getting a $400.00 a month increase....

And maintaining a "25 and out" provision, a win ?

It could be.

But, not when your fund is in a non-sustaining critical status.

That kind of thinking....

Is how (TDU Priestess) SP, destroyed Local 805.

Any fund tied to freight companies that went out of business and didn't pay the withdrawal liability is going to be in trouble. The 804 was pretty much just upsers for the most part so Tim must have really screwed the pooch.
