They can put you on file, but there must be other candidates that they believe are better suited for the job.

they probably aren't giving you an outright turn down because the turnover rate for preloaders tends to be pretty high, so they're not going to be too eager to turn people away from a job that really isn't all that desirable..

If you think you're frustrated now, you probably wont be able to handle working for UPS on the preload... Do yourself a favor: Seek other employment ;-)

Doesn't matter if you make a 2nd account your ssn carries over to the new account. Best bet is once you get an interview somewhere ask the hr person to delete your old applications.
