I recall when we were issued the first DIAD .
It was for Sat Air , and I was the shuttle driver from the airport with the day's work .
All the other Sat drivers and a few Sups had to spend an hour learning it . I got 5 minutes at the end of their lesson.
Crazy part was a Sup doing a ride along downtown ran into a problem with the DIAD . I was asked by the boss to go help him , meaning I had to leave my area a couple of miles away . When I found him all I did was hit a few buttons ( I really had no idea on what I was doing ) freed up his DIAD and left .
