Message: <blockquote data-quote="TooTechie" data-source="post: 1569634" data-attributes="member: 28388">I used to just close out ODPs as non-pickup/canceled if they had a scheduled pickup so they didn't get double billed but my on-car said to take credit and close it out when doing the scheduled pickup.If I get an ODP for one of my pickups and its marked as closing before they actually close I send it back to have them fix the time, they fix it and I do it when doing the daily pickup as instructed.  I also often get ODPs for non-scheduled pickup businesses and some dummy will mess up the entry and mark them as closing at like noon when I know they're always open to 6.  I get these changed too if I know they never close early and it's not a holiday.</blockquote>
