Why cant this bonus thing just be elimitated anyhow. Seems as the union doesnt even validate it, and sometimes it bites the company in the ass when a bonus driver wants work taken off because hes running 2 hours under and doesnt want anymore work. In my experience the only people who make bonus are folks that are picking up hundreds of pkgs that can have customers help or routes that have tight resi and lots of them. Most of the folks are 30-100 minutes over daily,,,I really dont believe theyre slacking either.</p></blockquote><p></p>
