From the clip, it seemed to me that he said billions and clearly meant millions. The clip I came across with his quote about Joe Biden, he says billions many times. It's not hard to imagine someone saying billions several times could accidentally repeat it when he meant millions. But let's go ahead and fixate on a gaffe, it just adds to the evidence that some people are completely delusional when it comes to Trump.</p></blockquote><p></p>
