Quite an unusual partnership to say the least. Didn’t see this posted anywhere, even being a month old. Looks like about 10 stores are now live with this.

Most of my customers are too lazy to drop their RS pkgs off at the UPS store 5 minutes away. Why would they drive to Kohl's? I don't see this reducing my returns volume at all.

No one ever said that it would. Amazon is simply giving their customers another option and Kohls is hoping that they will gain a few customers in the process.

Amazon has also started carrying products from Nike on their website.
