Fedex knows contracting is a lower cost and great for profit margins. Contractors will never get the max dollars plan and simple. Single van contractors where great in beginning, but time to adopt and change. So many singles turn down business because they don't want to grow and they grow to much and pinch off the out of towns and keep the gravy. It's better to do business with a few contractors in a terminal than dealing with 15 single vans.</p></blockquote><p></p>
