They have been dumping some money to ISPs earlier so they can get staff and equipment before the volume actually spikes. I think we only had 1 or 2 temps last year. The year before it was around 20. Craigslist is $25 to post an ad, it yields the same results as any of the other job posting sites. I've gotten the same resumes from other sites.
