2 errors I see here, we aren't paying a dime to have our insurance, not for our insurance as using it in some cases may cost more than before.

Second, 5 years nearly $4 in raises, an extra $1 in raises would push more people into the yes vote category as it'll offset potential new healthcare costs better.
Which by itself is the only reason to give it a no vote. Just by not knowing the insurance.

It may not be this way across the country but here in NE our local shops around for the best plan annually and picks the best one. We recently changed from Blue Cross to Aetna. Nothing changed benefits wise except lower co-pays for marriage counseling lol.

Your problem is that you let the crap bother you. I just choose to ignore all the crap and deliver the packages efficiently and safely and punch out and go home. Good thing you don't work for Fed Ex, even worse Fed Ex Ground or home delivery.

word, if you have "thin-skin" go with HD; any box monkey w/ a sprinkle of a little common sense can do it. Ground needs some more area knowledge to get their business stops off faster. & Express seems like a hot mess right now...

but w/ HD it's 1/2 the load & more zip codes in a given service area. they're mostly drop-n-run residentials w/ no time commits (usually done by 8pm or as soon as 3pm if you're fast & cut corners).
