Attorneys for the state prosecutor have <a href="https://www.law.com/newyorklawjournal/2020/08/03/vance-in-motion-to-dismiss-trumps-objections-to-subpoena-says-request-is-routine-to-white-collar-crime-investigations/" target="_blank">suggested</a> in court filings that their investigation is broader than Trump alone, writing this subpoena is “no different from many grand jury subpoenas routinely issued in white-collar crime investigations.” The filing pointed to media reports on “possible criminal activity” at the Trump Organization."</p></blockquote><p></p>
