Message: <blockquote data-quote="vantexan" data-source="post: 5920257" data-attributes="member: 24302"><p>Crappy defense?  They weren't told what the crime was that Trump was being prosecuted for until the prosecutor's closing arguments AFTER the defense had made their closing argument and had sat down.  So the defense was never allowed to address what he was being accused of.  That's a lack of due process and along with probably close to a dozen other constitutional violations means this is a slam dunk reversal on appeal.  Y'all can gloat all you want but it won't hold up.</p></blockquote><p></p>
