Thats the foreground counter sniper.  if you watch the guy in the back he is more poised and relaxed . I'm wondering if may have fired the kill shot because it appears he shoots and then stops focusing through his scope.  all speculation well  find out in about 9 months or so when they get the report heavily redacted</p></blockquote><p></p>
