Yes, Trump publicy disagreed with that, but the cat had already been let out of the bag. And Trump and Bolton were probably winking at each other over it outside of public view. Anybody with more brain power than a sea anemone would not have mentioned Libya in regard to the North Korea effort unless they intended to throw a wrench into the negotiation process.</blockquote>
