I made Circle of Honor. Have yet to wear one of the shirts with the patch. I prefer those with the old shield and the Olympic rings.

That's why I saved all the documentation, for elected officials that are

grandfathered into the new plan. The funny part, when another agent from my

Local went to retire.... it took 7 months.... because the Union "forgot" to file the

paperwork for the addendum to be included in the new plan.

I'm not sure, why there would be.

At this point.... it's not a contractual issue.
