I'm currently a swing driver and I generally work 5 days a week. But during the slow periods I get sent i'm e 1-2 days a week. I happen to love by a big city and was wondering if I could work as an Uber driver on my days off. Would this violate the contract at all?

How would paid hours work though? You only get paid if you pick someone up and drop them off so your not technically on the clock for Uber the whole time.

In addition to the hours of service, i signed up to do uber a while before i came to ups and months after i stopped doing it my insurance company found out i was signed up with uber and dropped me like a hot potato. Food for thought.

That's another thought. You hate to get into am accident and lose everything, because you wasn't properly insured.
