And that the US has been using bio-labs in Ukraine to conduct biological research that was banned in the US? I don't care what you think about Putin, I'm not going to defend him, because I don't really care about him, but however bad you think he is, things are as bad or worse in Ukraine.</p></blockquote><p></p>
