that means it will lower the dues throughout the rest of the year. If its still only 2.5 hrs a month then we're peachy.

Read the fine print---I bet they go up to maybe 3 hours a month. Heck--if they go up to like 10 hours then maybe my Central States Pension Fund will be good again.
