Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that it is twice what you earn per hour once a month. So, for example, if you make $10 an hour that would be $20 a month (Which is what I pay).

Whether or not it's gospel, it's accurate. If you're paying 3 times your hourly rate then that's a special deal your local has worked out for you that supersedes the NMA.
